2025 FALL FESTIVAL

From baby showers to first birthdays, corporate parties and beyond, Craven Farm offers a range of options to help make your day memorable and special.

These specially designed party rooms are available during our Fall Festival. If you are looking to rent our venue outside of the Fall Festival dates, more information can be found at www.cravenweddings.com.

We offer four different party barn rentals to suit groups and celebrations of all sizes!

 

 ALL BARN RENTALS COME WITH:

  • Seating & tables with cute tablecloths

  • Additional table(s) for food/drinks ordered through Craven Farm

  • Seasonal decor - think pumpkins & cornstalks!

  • No outside food or drink allowed (cake or cupcakes ok to bring for birthdays)

  • Pricing subject to change at anytime.

  • "Order Food" buttons coming soon!

  • Prepaid gift cards available for purchase to use at any location on the farm (think activities, food concessions and/or gift shop items).

  • Wristband Group Rates are available when purchased with one transaction - coming soon!

Harvest Barn

THE HARVEST BARN is the perfect spot for large groups! Corporate parties and family reunions and are a great fit.

This is a large barn rental, tables for Craven Farm Food & Beverage and seating at tables for your guests.  Access to bar for beer, hard cider and wine purchases. Easy access from the main parking lot, and central to all pumpkin patch activities. 

Story Barn

STORY BARN is the perfect spot for mid-sized groups! We love seeing families celebrate birthdays, baby showers, and gatherings in this private space. This is also great for open house style corporate gatherings. **Please note no alcohol available in this area.

Scarecrow Alley Packages

SCARECROW ALLEY - LEFT OR RIGHT These packages are the perfect spots for smaller groups! We love seeing families celebrate birthdays, baby showers, & gatherings in these private spaces. This is also great for open house style corporate gatherings. Choose one side, or both! (please note there is a wall between) **Please note no alcohol available in this area.

These packages include:

  • 15 wristbands (NOTE: All minors must be accompanied by an adult to be admitted to any wristband area and/or attraction)

  • One small pumpkin for birthday child

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FALL FESTIVAL

Do I have to buy wristbands?

  • No, admission to our farm is free, but we offer many fun activities that require a fee or wristband, if you choose to participate in those things.
  • We offer group discounts on wristbands when purchased in one transaction - coming soon!
    •  10% off per person for groups of 20 or more people

    • 20% off per person for groups of 100 or more people 

What is your cancellation policy?

  • The rental fee is non-refundable and is not applicable to other Craven Farm activities, services, or merchandise.

  • If you would like to reschedule, and there is space available, the Craven Farm staff will work with you to reschedule your event during the same Fall Festival year.

 

What is the check in process?

  • Please refer to the email confirmation sent to you.

 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

  • No, you cannot bring outside food or drink.

  • You are welcome to preorder here: Food orders Barn & Party Room Rentals (cravenfarm.com)

  • Harvest Barn & Story Room Orders are DUE NO LATER THAN END OF DAY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO RENTAL

  • Scarecrow Orders are DUE NO LATER THAN END OF DAY WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO RENTAL

  • No outside alcohol allowed. Any violation of the rules is subject to the entire party being removed from the farm.

 

Can I Bring décor, like table clothes and balloons?

  • We have spent considerable time decorating your rooms and have organized them in the best way to accommodate your guests.

  • Please do not move any tables/chairs/décor that we have provided.

  • Please LIMIT additional décor

  • Any additional décor MUST BE FREE STANDING – you may not add anything to walls tables or chairs

  • Anything you bring in will need to be removed by end of rental period.

 

Is there anything else we should be aware of?

  • Use of the following is PROHIBITED:

    • Tape of any kind, staples, nails, pins and any similar items

    • Confetti, silly string and any similar items.

 

Can I serve alcohol, smoke or vape in our Party Room?"

  • Craven Farm has a "No Alcohol" policy during our Fall Festival.

  • Craven Farm is a public facility. There is no smoking or vaping allowed.

 

Is there electricity in the rooms?

Power is NOT available for party room use.

 

Can I set up early?

No. You will gain access to your rental at the START of your rental time.

 

Can I clean up after our rental time is over?

No. You must have all garbage in cans provided, and all items that you brought must be out of the room before the end of your rental time.

 

What is included with the room rental?

  • The room rental fee includes the decorated space, tables and chairs, and extra table(s) for food/gifts.

 

Do I need to clean up?

Please place all of your garbage in the cans provided in your party room. Our staff will wipe the tables, sweep, and empty garbage when your party is over.
