We're bringing together off-road vehicles, overlanders, adventurers, and outdoor enthusiasts for a day of horsepower, mud, and memories — and we’re looking for vendors who get the lifestyle.

How to Register

1. Thoroughly read through the Conditions of Selling at Craven Farm below:

2. Fill out the Registration form at bottom of this page. 

3. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to pay your booth fee.

​Vendor Setup Sunday August 3rd, 2025 8:30am-10:30am

 

Conditions of selling at Craven Farm: 

  • Registration - $100.00 for 10x10 space Note: There are no Refunds unless event is cancelled by Craven Farm. ***Need a larger space? No problem! Register here, then email Hello@cravenfarm.com with your space needs. We will invoice the remainder. 

  • Each vendor is responsible for their own set up, tables, and weather protection. Each tent is REQUIRED to be weighted. 

  • Gates open at 8:30am SUNDAY August 3rd, 2025 for vendor set. PLEASE remain set up until 4:00 pm closing. 

  • Teardown, clean up and off property by 6:00pm. 

  • Sale hours to the public are 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.

  • Each vendor is responsible for collecting his/her own money and sales tax.

  • Craven Farm and Chadwick FC, Inc. will not assume any responsibility or liability for theft or damage.

  • If a vehicle needs to be parked in your space, please register here, then email Hello@cravenfarm.com with your space needs. We will invoice the remainder. Any other vehicles will need to be parked in the designated area.

  • NO ANIMALS ALLOWED! (incl. companion, emotional support, or therapy animals) ADA Service Animals are welcome. 

  • The show goes on rain or shine.

In consideration of your accepting my entry and payment, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, do hereby release and discharge the Snohomish Chamber of Commerce and their respective officers, director, employees, members, agents, representative, guests and volunteers, and all sponsors, supporters, and all other contributors, Field of Wheels committee, Craven Farm, CFC Investments, LLC and Chadwick FC, Inc. Brian and Kimi Chadwick, Allied Motorsport, Dana and Bree Swanson, Anthony and Sheri Blodgett , from any and all liability arising from damages, illness, injury and/or physical consequences I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event. Also acknowledges that this is a public event and images, photographs and/or videos of myself or my vehicle and others in attendance with me may be used on social media, the Internet, websites and/or print advertising. I hereby attest and verify that I am lawfully licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Washington, or the state/ providence I reside, and I possess liability insurance to cover bodily injury or property damage that might arise from either my participation in this event or in participation of those authorized by me to participate in this event. I am aware of the risks involved in the participation in the event and full assume such risks for myself, my guest, and my authorized representatives.

WARNING

Under Washington state law, there is limited liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such an injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. We are required to ensure that in any activity involving minor children, only age-appropriate access to activities, equipment, and animals is permitted. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity. RCW 4.24.835
