FIRE PIT RENTALS

2025 FALL FESTIVAL

Spend the evening with friends and family enjoying the cozy warmth of our fire pits or host a corporate gathering!

PLEASE NOTE: WRISTBAND REQUIRED FOR ALL FIRE PIT GUESTS - NO ACCEPTIONS

Before heading out to your fire pit, please make sure everyone ages 2+ has their wristband.

  • Buy online ahead of time (we’ll hand them out at check-in) HERE

  • Or guests can purchase at a cashier when they arrive

  • There is no access to firepits without a wristband.

FIRE PIT RENTAL DETAILS:

  • PLEASE NOTE: WRISTBAND REQUIRED FOR ALL FIRE PIT GUESTS - NO ACCEPTIONS

  • At check in we start the heavy lifting for you! We will take all of your belongings the you reserved pit for you.

  • We supply the wood and our staff will start and maintain the fire throughout your rental.

  • ​Fire Pits are rented in 1-hour blocks of time. 

  • If multiple blocks are purchased, your party will reside at the same fire pit the entire time.

  • Fire Pits are located near the corn maze in our wristband area.

  • PLEASE NOTE: All guests over 2 years old MUST purchase an admission wristband in addition to the fire pit or party rental. ​​

  • We offer GROUP DISCOUNTS on wrist bands of 10% off per person for groups of 20 or more people that pay in a single transaction or 20% off per person for groups of 100 or more people that pay in a single transaction.

Important Notes:

  • No propane tanks allowed

  • No alcohol, vaping, or smoking

  • Bring your own roastables for the fire is allowed! (Think S'mores and hot dogs...)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Fire Pit Rentals

Do I have to pay admission?
•    YES - Wristbands are required for all fire pit guest - no acceptions. Want to buy ahead of time with a group discount? Buy HERE now.  

Can I check in early?
•    30min prior to your rental period, you can check in at the Fire Pit Check-in Station to drop-off all of your goodies. Access to your space is not allowed until the start of your rental time. 
 
Can we bring alcohol and smoke in our area?
•    There is a NO alcohol/marijuana policy. Any violation of the rules is subject to immediate removal of the entire party from the farm.

What do I need to bring?
•    Our staff will take your items to the firepit for you.
•    We supply the wood, and our staff will start and maintain the fire. 
•    Max Occupancy 16 people per Small Fire Pit or 40 per Large Fire Pit 
•    Each site has a 10x20 covered tent area with a single picnic table & garbage can.
•    Limited "rustic" seating supplied around fire pit – there is not enough seating for all to sit at the same time.
 
Can I bring my dog?
•    As always, Craven Farm is a Pet/Dog Free Farm this includes NO animals in the Fire Pit area. 
 
What if I need to cancel?
•    There is a no refund policy. If a cancellation is needed, we will do our best to reschedule but there are no guarantees. 
 
What food can I bring?
•    You can bring roastables (think S'mores and hot dogs)
