GUIDELINES FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS

We love that photographers choose Craven Farm to capture special memories and are happy to share our beautiful property. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines.

SUNFLOWER DAYS & FALL FESTIVAL

Photography sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance.

  • Upon arrival, photographers must check in at the office, sign a liability waiver, and agree to provide 3–5 images from the session for promotional use (photo credit will be given).

  • Session Fee: $100 per hour (non-refundable), due in advance.

  • To schedule a session, email: events@cravenfarm.com.

  • Photography is permitted only during operating hours and only in public areas of the farm.

  • Photographers and clients must follow all farm rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the property.

  • Family and individual sessions are welcome when requested by the client. Please do not advertise Craven Farm as a regular photography location.

  • Mini sessions are not permitted.

  • Please be respectful of other guests and avoid disrupting their experience.

  • Drones are not allowed.

  • Pets are not allowed. ADA service animals are welcome.

  • All photos must be family-friendly.

  • If sharing images on social media, please tag Craven Farm and use #CravenFarm whenever possible.

  • Craven Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or personal belongings.

OFF SEASON

Craven Farm is a private residence and is closed to the public except during Sunflower Days, the Fall Festival, and private facility rentals.

TREE FARM

The trees located before our parking lot are not on Craven Farm property. For photography permission, please contact Harden's Tree Nursery at (360) 568-6568.
