REQUIRED FORMS

All employees must have completed I-9 and W-4 forms on file prior to being placed on the work schedule.

Please also complete the Emergency Contact Google form prior to your first day of work.

If you are a minor, a Parent/School Authorization form is also required prior to being placed on the work schedule. Please complete the form that has your manager's name listed.

If Kimi is your manager, a Food Worker Card is required. 
If Sandee is your manager, she will let you know if a Food Worker Card is required.

TRAINING MODULES

For the 2021 season we will not be having an employee meeting (in-person or Zoom).
Policy and safety information have been divided into the six modules listed below. 
Job specific training will be handled by your manager.

After reading the content in a module, select the Green Checkmark and fill out the completion form for that specific module. Note: There may be additional action items with some modules.
