Our smaller indoor party rooms will not be available for the 2020 season. Our spacious Harvest Barn #1 and Harvest Barn #2 rooms will be for rent, with an adjusted capacity.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food that does not require on-site preparation.
Can I serve alcohol, smoke or vape in our Party Room?
Craven Farm has a "No Alchohol" policy during our Fall Festival.
Is there electricity in the rooms?
There is no available power in Wagon Alley, Scarecrow Alley Right and Scarecrow Alley Left.
Is there heat in the rooms?
There is no heat available in the party rooms. Please have your guests dress accordingly.
Can I set up early?
You may set up 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
What is the check in process?
Please check in at the office window prior to accessing your party room. The office is located just behind the main cashier stand.
What is your cancellation policy?
What is included with the room rental?
The room rental fee includes the decorated space, tables and chairs, and extra table(s) for food/gifts. Activities on the farm that require a fee are extra.
Do I need to clean up?
Please place all of your garbage in the cans provided in your party room. Our staff will wipe the tables, sweep, and empty garbage when your party is over.
