Makers Application Open



We are seeking a diverse group of artists, makers, musicians, growers (non-edible fresh cut flowers) and creatives to produce a unique and modern shopping experience at Craven Farm in beautiful Snohomish Valley. This will be a juried showing of entrepreneurs gathering to create memories, traditions and community.


Applications are juried based on the uniqueness of product, quality of craftsmanship, merchandising displays and locally sourced materials. Product categories will be carefully considered to avoid any overrepresentation in any single category.

  • Each vendor must submit an application below along with a $25 application fee. This fee will be applied toward booth fee(s) if selected. Application fees are nonrefundable.

  • Vendors will be notified via email if they are selected for a market. Please select weekends at bottom of form that you are available for. 2023 Dates: June 24/25, July 22/23, August 26/27 Sept 23/24

  • If selected, there is a $100 booth fee per weekend for participating, as well as 10% commission on sales made. Vendors are responsible for managing and collecting thier own sales.

  • Participation in one market does not guarantee a spot in every market.

  • Markets will run Saturdays &  Sundays on select weekends, 9am  to 2pm. Times subject to change.

  • Vendors are required to participate for full market weekend and should arrive promptly for setup time. Vendors must be present at booths to share with potential customers about their products.

  • All vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown which needs to be completed within the timeframe given. Setup times and other communication will be sent via email leading up to the market.

  • To create a uniquely beautiful modern market, products should be merchandised in a unique and minimal way. Each vendor will have roughly 10x10 spaces to work with.

  • Some vendors may be indoors, others will be outdoors. If you are outside, please be prepared with a popup tent. PLEASE NOTE: All August vendors will be outdoors and all Septemer Vendors will be indoors.

  • Logo signs and special fixtures will need to be approved prior to the event.

  • By submitting your application, you are agreeing to these guidelines and the terms set forth in this application.

  • If your application is approved, we will email space and market availability. Further communication will be given via email throughout the upcoming weeks/months and leading up to the markets.
